Lovely check in staff. Bed and bathroom very clean but a lot of dust in the room. The floor lamp base was very dirty and along the edges of the room but everything else was fine. Convenient location and as said, lovely staff.

This was our second stay at this property l would have no hesitation staying again on our next visit to Melbourne, rooms and facilities are very modern a nice kitchen to prepare a meal and the hotel is located in a very good area of Melbourne with easy tram connections to the city and last a nice restaurant is downstairs with great pizza available.

Parking Rip-Off, Will Not Return

Please be aware that this hotel does not actually provide proper parking, despite advertising that it does. The parking system is a complete rip-off. They advertise daily parking for $20, but here’s the catch: 0–1 hour: $5 1–2 hours: $10 Full day: $20 However, if you leave and return, the charges start all over again as if it were a new entry. The hotel should either remove the “parking available” claim from their advertisement or clearly inform guests about this unreasonable system. I will never stay at this hotel again.
