Such a shame, the photo's of the hotel are excellent.. unfortunately when you arrive and realise that there was some very skilled photography you can't help but be disappointed. The hotel wasn't bad, it just wasn't good either. There was a musty mouldy smell in my room, the shower only had 2 settings, Boil your skin with lava or Ice water. It's like a ford mondeo, a room temperature glass of water, a mild day.. nothing wrong with it but nothing to be impressed with.

Our room block out curtain didn't work, luckly we could put a pillow on the window to block out most sun. The air conditioner was loud and didn't control the temperature very well, had to turn if off in the end.

The room on the whole was all that we neede and was clean when we arrived. The hotel was good apart from the fact that our room was not serviced totally for the last two days of our stay. The toilet was not cleaned and the floor wasn't vacuumed , I had to complain on our last day to get the beds made and new towels for the room. ( Room 524) 4th /8th Oct 2025

Noisy room, showers no water pressure and was surprised at 9am by a person coming into our room (unannounced) claiming they thought we'd checked out. Staff on departure didn't even bother asking how our stay was - didn't seem concerned by our feedback. Only redeeming feature is location. Wouldn't go back.

I loved where it was located - never really saw staff - would be helpful to have a guide book in the room for out of towners with staff recommendation on where to eat. It was disappointing it didn't have larger windows to get a bigger view. Might want to check your exhaust fans in the bathroom as my room had a lot of dust on it
