1, SLEEPING AREA: one queen size bed.

2, PARKING: it's one of the apartments of a duplex, spacious back parking lot.

3, AIR: central AC (heat & cool) just for you.

4, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is away from street noise.

5, TV & INTERNET: Two TV sets with Rocu. one is in the living room, another one hung on the wall in the bedroom.
please use your own streaming accounts.
Verizon 5G high-speed internet, WIFI only.

6, KITCHENETTE: An efficiency kitchenette, we encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (Microwave, Toster, Coffeemaker, Refrigerator with freezer) 

7, Non flushable items: don't flush them! $200/hour+$200 rush fees are commonly charged in the space east coast area by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens.
(The whole sewerage is recently updated to commercial code PVC, which won't have problems by themselves!)

8, FURNITURE, FLOORS, and WINDOW:
a. frugal furnished as seen.
b. floor is painted concrete.
c. windows are hurricane rated, please keep it shut.

This is a perfect location to see Melbourne and close to a variety of restaurants ! We had a good stay and had dog park close by.

Zen appt

More of a cabin like accommodation. Cement floors and some walls. Shower was like a 2 level cement floor which made it difficult to stand in. Furniture inside was all patio type furniture. Bed was comfortable.
