is access to the apartment`s entrance.

fresh, simple and colorful interiors. The living area consists of a
large furnished living room with dining room and TV. Next to it is the
well-equipped kitchenette. From the living room you exit to the
beautiful sea-view balcony, perfect for spending time outdoors.
The sleeping area is reached through a hallway. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple with a single pull-out bed + a bunk bed.
The apartment is completed by a shower room. The washing machine is located in the kitchenette.
The house has high windows in the kitchenette and master bedroom, which are also equipped with mosquito nets.

Appartamento
La Loggia is a vacation home less than 50 meters from the sea in San
Foca, marina of Melendugno. On foot you can reach Il Lido Li Marangi, as
well as all the most important services present in San Foca.
In a
few minutes by car you can visit all the most famous seaside resorts on
the Adriatic side of Salento, including the other marinas of
Melendugno: Torre dell`Orso, Roca Vecchia and Sant`Andrea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 San Foca (at the agency Un Metro da Mare srl).
- Air conditioning in the living room.
