Casa di Tina is a 5-bed vacation home for rent in San Foca, just 200 meters from the waterfront and the sea.
Simple and cozy, the vacation home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board and TV. Pets allowed.

house is independent and has a covered front veranda with awnings,
furnished as a relaxation area with sofas and coffee table.
The entrance is into an air-conditioned living room furnished with 1 single sofa bed, TV, table and chairs for dining, well-equipped open kitchen.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room.
Casa
di Tina has an outdoor space at the back, furnished for spending time
outdoors. There are, in addition, an outdoor shower, washhouse and
washing machine.

di Tina is a vacation home located in the center of San Foca, among the
most famous seaside resorts for vacations in Salento, along the
Adriatic coast on the coast of Melendugno.
The house is just 200 meters from the seafront and the nearest equipped beach. All the main services are within walking distance.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
