The vacation home is a lovely, cozy and modern dwelling. An automatic gate, with entry code, gives access to a large outdoor area where you can park your car.
A beautiful covered veranda, exclusive property, is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The interior rooms of the ground-floor apartment open with the living room with an open kitchenette, table and chairs for dining, and a single sofa bed.
The living room is air conditioned and allows you to exit to the back of the house where there is a nice garden equipped with shower, washstand and outdoor furniture where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors.
The sleeping area, introduced by an air-conditioned hallway, consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full shower room.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a complex in the town of San Foca, a marina in Melendugno famous for its beautiful accessible beaches, coves among the cliffs and excellent services.
All major services and the sea are also within walking distance.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
