The staff were great from reception to housekeeping, they’re awesome! The room is clean, however it’s outdated and needs updating. They have to renovate the rooms and interiors. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our visit. The hotel was very busy the first night due to a tournament and there were a lot of kids. Much like any other larger hotel you need to get down to breakfast earlier as it does get very busy later in the morning and it is hard to find a seat. The coffee was very good, and the continental breakfast was as you would expect when offered for free. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the restaurant on site. The food was very good and the staff were amazing as they were very busy both nights we were there. We enjoyed not having to leave the hotel for a good dinner.

Overall this is a nice hotel. However it is very crowded. They increased the number of rooms by about 50%. The breakfast area, pool, # of elevators, and other common areas were left the same size. These spaces were busy before but now they are crazy. It is a well kept hotel, but a little hectic - people grabbing your toast from toaster, now where to sit, everything running in the breakfast. I suspect pool is over max occupancy sometimes.

The hotel was excellent, the staff very polite and professional, room was very nice and the Air conditioning was working great. The only thing I had issue with is that you can tell how old the carpet in the room was and it had a few small tears in it. Other than that I had a great night stay and will come back if I am ever in the area again!
