The service was just not that good anywhere on this property, from the lack of valet space to needing to check-in through the Hyatt hotel next door, to mediocre service at the lobby bar. The hotel is in good shape, but the service was definitely lacking compared to other similar hotels in the area.

Great stay, location, and room.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We had a corner room overlooking the River. The hotel has a great vibe and they did a nice job of keeping the industrial vibe but making it upscale. The only downside of the stay was the waitstaff for breakfast.

This is a unique property with a very cool vibe! The guestroom was comfortable and very unique although the walk to the elevators was quite a trek! Lots to do in the lobby areas with the pool table, etc. Very nice property and I will stay here again.
