Our new go to place when staying in Memphis! The aesthetic was so cute and location was awesome. Parking cost extra but was easy to do at the front desk. The roof was fun and drinks were delicious. Not everything was perfect, broken cabinet and toilet paper holder fell off the wall a couple times but for the price I can easily overlook these things. BUT YALL THE STAFF WAS AWESOME!!!!! They were so kind and friendly and made us feel so welcome! We were always greeted every time we exited or entered and staff opened our doors for us! They were just a lot of fun.

The staff was probably the most friendly and helpful we have ever met. The hotel itself was pretty nice. Great view from the rooftop. Nice clean bathroom and shower. Excellent rooms. But the hospitality of the staff and manager was amazing!

Let me preface with: I'm a travel agent. I know locale/service. If you're considering Memphis (especially this hotel - JUST DONT!) Worst stay ever! This place has zero right to charge what they do for these rooms & (lack of) amenities. The property lacks much which they claim to have 'on-site'... we were on the 10th floor. After we checked in, elevators stopped working. We 'bout died after taking turns on who was going to tackle the complete 20 flights of stairs next (bc service was non-existent at that point)! There were no towels in our room. We didn't receive the room view I was told on the phone we'd get, so I guess we were lied to simply to get the sale? DONT buy into their 22.00 parking (there's a garage right next door for only 10.00). There's no restaurant, no fitness facility & no parking on-site. I'm not sure they understand "on-site" means you dont have to leave the actual hotel at all... it's all in other buildings across the street. Rooms are NOT 'sound-proofed' at all. This place is absurdly & ridiculously noisy!! There are stains everywhere, including in the lobby (things my husband noticed, & he just doesn't notice that stuff!) Nothing appeared very clean. Thank God we were only there for maybe 15 hrs. We were looking fwd to sleeping in & having a noon check-out but we couldn't get the hell outta Memphis fast enough, we left at 7:30! Memphis has zero appeal. Will never go back & will absolutely never send anyone else there either! Overpriced & unimpressive!!
