This Hotel Is Worst I Ever Stay IN. Picture Off Hotel Is A Lie. Elevator does work. I Was Put On The Third Floor. When I Get Up There, Lights In The Room Dose Not Work, And I Ask Not To Be Put ON The Third Floor Becasuse Of My Knees, Just So Happen The Maintenance Man Was In The Hall, When I ask To Check My Lights.AS Soon As He Walk IN First Thing He Say, You Have To Change Room.Was Put ON The Second Floor,TV In That Room Did Not Work, Bathroom Was Leaking. Picture On Website Is So Wrong. Bad, Bad, Bad Place To Stay. Never Again.

: staff was incompetent and kept pushing me to show them proof that I pay for my room or extra day refused to give me extra time and a pillow if I could give him one star I would worse hotel in history plus when you pull in it looks like it's all broke down and they have roaches and I had to basically clean my microwave myself and the first room that they checked me in didn't even work TV didn't work lights didn't work and when I tried to plug in something I got shocked

worst stay

the stay I had at this play was horrible .. it’s not presented as it is on the sights or hotels apps .. the roofs had holes in them , the elevator didn’t work , the rooms wasn’t thoroughly cleaned , the sockets didn’t work , the ac didn’t work , the place jus look as if it’s old and beat down .. it’s crackhead city in those parts of the woods , people in and people out , no sanitation , no hospitality , no anything jus dirt and buckets to hold water coming out the ceiling

The staff and customer service were great. But I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t have a mini refrigerator or even a little kitchen area. It was also in the middle of renovating as well.

BROKEN ELEVATORS ~ NEVER AGAIN GOING TO BOOK HERE!

This place does NOT have a working elevator! When we arrived, they put my mother and me on separate floors. I told my mom we could just use the elevator, and the staff member on duty overheard me say this—but waited until we had all our belongings in the lobby to inform us that the elevator was out of order. My mom has health issues and cannot use the stairs, so this was a huge problem. If you have any mobility issues or health concerns, I strongly advise against staying here. NEVER again will I book this place, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. If you’re considering staying here—DON’T! RUN FAR, FAR AWAY from this place! Instead, check out AmericInn by Wyndham Memphis East—the staff there are kind, welcoming, and truly deserve a 10/10 rating. As for OYO Hotel Memphis TN I-40, if I could rate it -10/10, I would. The place is awful, and the staff member working that night was rude and unhelpful.

The front drive through was torn off. You had to enter the side door which was glass and cracked. The female at the desk would not lay her phone down while she checked me in. The door latch to the room was half way off and the deadbolt would not lock. There was a blood stain on the sheet on one bed. The dresser had the top drawer missing. Should I say more?

I did not like the fact that the hotel looks nothing like what it shows on the website. The hotel is not up to standards. Very unsafe, unclean, not a place I would let my fur animals sleep if I had a choice. I would sleep outside before I sleep at this hotel.

After unpacking rats came under the door and were running around the room, roaches crawling on the bed and floor. The neighbors next door were fighting in the hallway and all they’re belongs including a dog were in the hallway. The clerk wouldn’t give me a refund so I left!

Worst Place Ever

My Son and his girlfriend stayed at their hotel and there was a man smoking crack in the hallway. The front of the building was falling down and the heat didn’t work then to end their night. They had a rat to run across the table so I wouldn’t advise nobody to go to this place because False advertisement it’s a mess.
