Magnificent terraced house located in a well-maintained complex with a community swimming pool next to the sea.



The house has a large living-dining room on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, courtesy toilet, and front and rear courtyards.



On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en suite) and on the upper floor there is a solarium, a covered area ideal for outdoor meals, barbecue and shower.



In the basement there is a spacious garage for two cars and an auxiliary room with a full bathroom.
