Villa Lottie is situated in the sought-after resort of Son Parc, home to one of the island’s finest beaches, renowned for its crystal-clear, shallow waters, perfect for young children, and just a five-minute walk from the property. The villa is spacious, well-appointed, and offers a peaceful and private setting. A selection of bars, restaurants, and local amenities are within easy walking distance.
Accommodating up to six guests, plus a cot for infants, the villa comprises an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom. There are two shower rooms, including one with a large walk-in shower. The outdoor area features a generously sized swimming pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas, as well as a covered terrace with a dining table for alfresco meals. A rooftop solarium provides views across the pine forest towards Monte Toro, the highest point in Menorca and perfect for stargazing. Additional terraces and seating areas, along with a gas barbecue, enhance the outdoor living space. Further amenities include on-street parking directly in front of the villa, nearby mini-markets, and the island’s only golf course just a two-minute drive away. Mahón Airport is approximately 20 minutes by car. Complimentary high-speed fibre internet, UK television channels, and a washing machine are also provided for guest convenience as well as an outdoor chilled drinks fridge, snorkels/masks, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and cool box for picnics.
