The interior of the villa is very well furnished and a new ultra modern kitchen has recently been installed. All the living areas are bright and airy and each bedroom has its own colour theme. Main bedroom has a large 4 poster bed, en-suite facilities and balcony.

The villa is situated within 5 minutes of Fornells which has a small port and many good shops and restaurants. The villa is also close to the local sailing and windsurfing schools.
The villa is owned by an executive in the film business and has played host over the years to some very interesting celebrities.
