Overall the stay at this hotel was good. However, the floor in my room was very dirty. I let the staff know it was dirty but it didn't seem like they cleaned it after I let them know so wasn't happy about that. Also, I did not like that there was no included breakfast. Given the price of the room their should be a complementary breakfast. Those are my only complaints as the hotel was actually nice and so was the staff. The pool and spa was great as well.

We booked 2-rooms with 2 queens beds each months in advance. We show up and the rooms are not available. They gave us 2-rooms with king size beds. Some of us had to sleep on the floor.

Room was clean, staff were nice . Checking in and out was easy. Use of the directions to the hotel on the website was wrong, but that was a Google map problem. Bed had a large dip at the end of the right side, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The hotel has been open 4 months, which is why we chose it. Did not get the best sleep, combination of the dip in the bed and freeway traffic noise. Hotel and rooms were clean tho. I’d recommend checking the bed for any broken springs that may cause the uncomfortable dips.

Very happy with our experience at this property. Staff was exceptional and demonstrated unusual commitment to customer care and satisfaction at a level I have not encountered anywhere else. I travel very regularly and have stayed in many hotels around the world, including true 5 star properties, and none have demonstrated the guest satisfaction that I found here. Just after check in I received a text asking if everything was ok in our room from the front desk person who checked me in. The next morning I received another text asking how our first night went and if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. What a great personal touch that made me feel like they really care about my experience. The rooms are sized well and designed well with plenty of storage space that allows for keeping your things organized. The closet area operates as a walk in closet right inside the door area so our things can be stored out of sight. There are cubbies and shelves in the bathroom to organize toiletries. The property is very clean and well maintained. The gym is modern, clean and functional. I will definitely return to this hotel when I'm in the area.

The room was really clean. The staff was so sweet and helpful. Secure elevators so random people cannot access and other levels without a room key card. I didn't bring my dog but this hotel is pet friendly.
