In the ancient stone village of Montorfano, built with granite extracted from the same mountain and famous all over the world, a hamlet of Mergozzo, on the ground floor of an ancient and typical stone house, completely and luxuriously refurbished, there is the wonderful Ca' Luigia, a very charming boutique apartment. The living room has a sitting area with a large TV and a modern design kitchen open onto it. From there you enter an internal stone courtyard equipped with a dining table. At guests' disposal two bedrooms with double bed, both with beautiful design bathroom with shower. The comforts available to guests are very high. Near the house there is a small garden equipped with deck chairs and umbrella which is shared with Ca' Vincenza, the other apartment on the first floor of the house. Ca' Luigi and Vincenza can be rented together by a larger group of guests. The parking lot of the village of Montorfano is only 50 meters away on foot. This ancient village is a fascinating and unprecedented place to spend a holiday in absolute tranquility in the midst of the greenery and nature of this ancient village, far from the noise of the crowded places on the edge of the lake, but with the possibility of reaching the beach and the lake of Mergozzo in just 10 minutes on foot, through an easy road that descends from the mountain. In just five minutes by car you can reach Lake Maggiore. Golf course 2.5 km.

Wir hatten eine geniale Woche. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, super modern, toll gepflegt und perfekt sauber. Sie liegt etwas abseits, ist aber auch so in der Ausschreibung kommuniziert. Super ruhig in einem wunderschönen kleinen Dörfchen. Kommunikation mit zuständiger Betreuerin aus der Agentur war sehr hilfreich, unterstützend und unheimlich serviceorientiert. Einfach klasse!
