All great - brand chain guaratee!

The brand chain is a guarantee, we always think its good to go to them for family trips. The hotel its pretty old but really adoc to the city, well maintained. I would go back.

This hotel is a Merida landmark, sitting at the end of Paseo de Montejo and on the park Fiesta. It is convenient to major landmarks and is a meeting point for most day trip tours.

The property is outdated. The bar was boring and they gave the worst, harder, noisy room next to staff storage and ac on top.of us. When we booked directly they upgraded to a suite without extras. This tine we needed to pay a lot more for this.

On 3/14: The waiter at the restaurant was rude at dinner time. The same night, I called the front dest 3 times to request 2 more coffe pods to make coffe the next morning, one extra cup and 3 medioum towels. I called 3 times to request these items aproximatelly at 10:00pm I never received any of them. On my check out, I complained to the manager in turn at the reception area that morning. Instead of apologizing he accused me of having a 4th unauthorized gess in my room. Without proof from the cameras. If so, why didn’t he said something and check the roon the days before?

Good stay with some hiccups

The staff is amazing and are very kind and work hard to meet every request. There were a few points of confusion. Our room was not available upon arrival, so they put us in an upgraded room. The room, however, had a very strong mold smell and the AC struggled to cool the bedroom. We were grateful to move into our actual room the following day, which was much better, though a little bit dated. There was also some confusion around the location of breakfast on Sunday. Otherwise, the executive lounge is a great perk, especially if traveling with children. The pool is also large and never felt too crowded.
