Great location. . Rooms Ar large with top Notch air condition. Need more dedication to maintenance issue . Flimsy lock on door, shower head needs a good cleaning so water flows , toilet seat loose. Need regular tv not pay per view . Staff very helpful .

Better options in the area

Lobby and pool area is very pretty. Staff were mediocre. Room was clean but without character. Toilet ran constantlyI moved to another hotel in the area during me second week in Merida and for an extra $100 for the week, (Casa Balam) if you can afford it, it’s worth three times as much in room and hotel quality.

There wasn't one good thing I could say about this hotel. This may be good for a college student on a budget.Too many things to list in this limited space.No elevators.In room-No outlets.The door doesn't have any kind of lock(just a slam lock on the door knob)No toilet paper-had to walk back down to front desk because there was no phone to call them.AC barely worked.One outlet in the entire room-again,back to the front desk to get a mini extension cord.No wash cloths.Furniture old and broken.Shower wouldn't drain.Front door has a strip on the bottom that you have to wrestle with to open and clost.I checked out after the first night (of 3 that we were supposed to stay)The manager wouldn't come out to talk to us!!!No money back.Worst employee-Luisa-at the front desk. STAY AWAY!

Merida may 2025

Great location! The tv never worked but it wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t stay in the room much other than to sleep. Great price and the parking lot they offer gets locked up at night so it feels very safe.
