Our modern 3 bedroom home is a holiday maker’s delight, tastefully and practically furnished and located where everyone wants to be. Plan Beach is within walking distance of Spencer Park, Bar Beach, and Short Point, so you will be spoilt for choice. Shops, restaurants, clubs, cinema and other town facilities are only a 15 minute walk away.

Enjoy all the facilities our home has to offer including a double lock up garage, 3 outdoor living areas, a fully fenced yard and 2 indoor living areas.
Feel at home as soon as you walk in the door, with 2 queen bedrooms located on the ground floor as well as internal access to the garage, a rumpus room, laundry, family bathroom, separate toilet and 1 of the three outdoor entertaining areas.

Make your way upstairs to the open planned living room and fully equipped kitchen, with views from both the front and back decks.

The living area (with newly sanded and sealed timber floors) opens up to the large covered deck with views, dining area and BBQ. Upstairs is home to the main King bedroom with its own ensuite. There is also a separate second toilet upstairs. In addition to the 3 bedrooms there is a smaller study area with desk next to the main bedroom that would be a perfect area to set up a portacot for the little ones, or to work remotely if required.
