I love this location, easy getaway but this time has a couple hiccups. Bath tub had a bath in it upon arrival and the curtain was broken. I still gave 4 stars because aside this one bad start it’s still a decent hotel.

The staff was very friendly! The common area were clean and smelled good! My room was very clean! The breakfast selection was a good variety to choose from and the gym was nice as well.

The bed felt like a brick wall, making it hard to get a good night’s rest. On top of this, we found a live bed bug on the bedding, completely ruining our trip plans. Staff was friendly, but I would not recommend this nor do I plan to stay again in the future.

We tried to check in early. The room wasn't ready, which is totally understandable. The front desk lady wasn't the friendliest. The second lady was super nice but had technical difficulties and it took awhile. Still understandable. The main problem was that the fire alarm went off twice. Once jaut before 7 in the morning and a second time about 30 minutes later. Not the best experience when you are still in bed and on the 3rd floor. No apology or compensation. That ruined the stay for me. The hotel overall is nice and updated.
