Requested early check in upon booking. Called a week ahead to confirm early check in. Upon arriving the lady at the front desk was very rude. Said there were no rooms available, did not check her computer and the parking lot was empty. We ended up not staying the night after my best friends wedding and returning home that night.

Everything about our stay was excellent-friendly service from the minute you walk in to the time you leave. A very modern hotel that feels clean and fresh. Annette hosts breakfast and is amazing. Such a fun an bubbly personality. Breakfast felt like you were eating at a restaurant with such high quality service.

Stayed here as an alternative to actually staying in Chicago for the Chicago marathon. The front desk staff was very friendly and also friendly to the other guests as they came by. The room was simple but nice & clean and really liked the large walk-in shower. Would stay here again during a very busy Chicago weekend!

The hotel is clean and lovely-great breakfast! THE STAFF!-Annette, Kira &Tee! We will never forget you! We were staying there while working through an illness/death in our family and mentioned it as we added several more days to our stay They didn't simply provide amazing service, they provided love and care and uplifting words and glorious compassion! Thank you for providing this comfortable safe haven!

Had a nice, modern look. Annette the breakfast attendant had such a positive, enthusiastic attitude and made breakfast fun. The beds were a little firm for my taste, but not bad. I would stay here again.

Nice new hotel! Clean, smelled great. The bed was a bit too hard for me, but okay. Smaller room than normal with just an office chair to sit on. Otherwise you had to always be on the bed to watch tv. I recommend it for the price.

The room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. It was a very nice stay. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I appreciate the every-other-day cleaning schedule; I normally decline housekeeping during my stay when it is only for a couple of days anyway.
