Terrible experience. The staff was rude and kept staring, the bathroom was disgusting with rust all over the shampoo rack and water leaking everywhere, and the rooms smelled like cigarettes. Overall, very dissatisfied. The breakfast, however, was great.

The place seems so spread out and you are constantly going up or down stairs to get anywhere in the hotel. Definitely handicap friendly. Otherwise staff was friendly, pool was cool and refreshing and there are several restaurants next to the hotel for food options

I understood why the price was cheap.

1. The shower bathroom drainage was terrible. Smelled bad 2. There was this club downstairs, the noise was in the hotel room and continued to midnight. Had no rest until it stopped late at night.

Very Disappointing! Definitely NOT 4 star!

This hotel was very disappointing! Rooms were average, however we stayed in July and the reception was the only portion of the building that air conditioning. The rest of the hotel felt as though you had entered a steam room! Also, there is no lift, so you are sweating by the time you reach your room and air conditioning inside the room was not good at all! Staff were rude and unhelpful and did not speak ANY English. We opted to "pay at hotel" but were told our card would be charged anyway?! After leaving, I found my card had been charged twice! No explanation. We had not taken anything from the minibar and left the room in perfect condition?! Contacted the hotel, but was repeatedly disconnected by frustrated staff who only spoke Turkish. Hotels.com were also absolutely useless in helping me and told me to contact the hotel as I had been charged directly by them! Simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Most definitely NOT worth it's 4 star rating! I would not recommend at all.

Very bad attitude of receptionist

After driving 3 hours to Mersin in the night you are expecting comfortable room and good attitude. Smells of sigarete was disgusting inside our room and to our comments to give us different room the answer of men employee on the reception was if you don’t like this room either leave either no any options!!! After arguing of 30 min at 2 am we got what we wanted. Photos aren’t matching reality!
