It wasn’t clean at all, the room door was broken, shower was terrible, even can’t take shower because the barrier glass and the shower had water goes directly to the wall and you can’t adjust. Öncelikle web sayfasındaki hiç bir görüntü şu anda mevcut değil. Otelin bir zamanlar 4 yıldızı varmış; ancak tümünü Bakanlık silmiş. Sıcak su sorunu var. İki asansör de bozuk, bu nedenle 6. kattan merdivenlerden inmek zorunda kaldım. Aslında kapanmak üzere bir otel görüntüsü veriyor. Zaten fiyatın bu kadar uygun olması da beni kuşkulandırmıştı. Bir "pansiyon" olarak veya "hostal" olarak düşünülürse kalınabilinir, ancak orta sınıf bir ailenin kalacağı otel değil!

Reservasyon yaptığım oda verilmedi ,oda görüldükten sonra resepsiyona ilettim fakat resimli reserv odanın lux olduğu gösterilmesine rağmen bu konuda çocuk kandırır gibi cevap ile geçiştirildi,oda da aydınlatma arızalı bildirim yapıldı fakat müdahale edilmedi,,tv kanalları sıfır hiçbir kanal çekmiyor en önemlisi oda kapısı dil arkası önceden kırılmış yarım tutmakta güvensiz…çözüm odaklı yaklaşım yapılmamıştır.

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü oteldi merkezide olmasi spa ,havuz ve hamam olmasi sebebi ile tercih ettim 2 gun ailem ile 5 kisi iki oda olarak rezervasyon yaptirdim.aile olamamız nedeni ile ara kapisi olan bir oda yercih ettik ama otelde calisanlar dahil ara kapinin anahtarıni bulamadılar. Odaya yerlestik klima kumandasi yok oda ve klima resmem rutubet kokuyor.Neyseki kumadayı buldular Nevresin ve havlular cok temiz degildi duş küf icerisinde neyse dedik 2 gece idare edelim banyoda sampuan eksikti istedik dus jeli getirdiler biz sampuan istiyoruz dedik calisann gitti geldi ve iceriklerinin hepsi aynı sampuan dedi komedi resmen . Neyse duşa girdik sicak su yok koca otel hamam var sauna var odada sicak su yok calisana sordugumda abi arada aciyoruz kazani hava sicak zaten yantı aldim Sabah ben is icin erken saatte ayrildim esim ve cocuklarim otelde idi 29.agustos 2024 de Saat 11:00 gibi eşim aradi otelde elektirik yok diye oglen sonuna kadar akdeniz sicaginda odada kaldılar ben oglen sonu otele geldim yetkililere nasil jenerator yokmu dededim var ama arızali calismiyor dediler neyse bir avm gideiim serin olur diye ciktik belirli saat aralarinda oteli aradiginda 1 sa cozulecek az kaldi gibi yanitlar aldik. Saat 19:00 da otele geldigimizde sokata ve sehirin tamaminda elektirik var sadece otelde yok ? cozuyoruz elektirik kurumu calısani konusmasina sahit oldum sorun uzun cozulemez dediler. oteli terk ettik ve 1000 km uykusuz yolculuk yaptim. Sadece karsilama yapan personel iyi

Das Schlimmste was wir jetzt erlebt haben. Wir sind sehr oft in der Türkei und auch in preiswerten Hotels aber dieses ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Dreckig, ranzige Einrichtung. Der Pool könnte erst ab 19:00 Uhr benutzt werden, da er vorher mit Kindern aus der Stadt voll besetzt ist, die dann Schwimmunterricht bekommen. Das Frühstück war okay und die Klima funktionierte, das waren die einzigen Pluspunkte
