Lovely property. I did t use any spa services so can’t comment on that feature. My room smelled a bit stall but open windows for a couple hours cured that. Hand shower wasn’t ideal and toilet required perseverance for a proper flush. Bar and restaurant staff were absolutely amazing with their professional conduct and friendliness. Breakfast was awesome.

Dated, spa really shabby and mouldy. Restaurant super slow and rally not worth the price ( garlic brioche over cooked in microwave and came burned, pork loin was not a loin etc...)

rooms are so outdated not so clean and had a horrible smell . Robes where not in rooms for the spa facility’s but was available for £5 per person ( stained £5 robe may I add). Room was next to a huge machine of some sort so me and my sister had no sleep with the noise . really really disappointed £100 down the drain with the room and then an extra £100 for dinner for a truley shocking stay . Although food was stunning

Very family friendly staff and hotel. Excellent location for outdoor activities. The pool and spa are a great way to end the day. Food is always amazing and good value. Have stayed here 3 times as a family and never disappointed.

So the room was very basic, which is okay, I wasn't expecting alot for the price I paid. However, the issue was mostly in the bathroom. Bath with shower attached, no curtains and..... No holder for the shower head. It meant I had to shower with one hand holding the shower head. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄. Went to the restaurant for my evening meal, the food was nice but overpriced, especially considering the portion sizes. Also, my noodles were cold.

The room was well appointed, clean and attractive. The bathroom did not match the effort made in the bedroom. There was no standing shower, wear and tear, loose skirting, half a loo roll and just a generally underdeveloped appearance that felt low budget. The spa was underwhelming with a tepid and well damaged hot tub, missing about half the mosaicing tiles. Would not suggest as a spa hotel experience. That was the intention of our trip and we spent 25 mins in the spa area before leaving. Our experience of dining was similarly oxymoronic with some very well prepared, presented and tasty food but quite shocking service. In brief the room itself was quite nice, food was tasty but I would only stay again as a stop over but not as a get away type of experience.
