Great location, great price but very noisy.

Power went out for a few hours. I failed to notice that the room didn’t have ac but it did have a fan thankfully. The bell men were very helpful got us a taxi and walked us to him. It was very noisey at night could be because of what they were setting up in the zocalo. Shower was difficult to use after the water gets all over the floor. The price was good.

The property was clean and in a good location. The only issues we had were our room was on a very busy street so it was loud late into the night and the internet was spotty at best. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and it was very clean.

Lovely Historical hotel @ constitution plaza. Best location in Mexico City with walking distance to a lot of places to see nearby. All good foods within 5 minutes walking and right @ Main Street for see shopping. Recommendation

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The location was fantastic, and the amenities were great, but there were some major issues during our stay. We encountered cockroaches in our room, which was very off-putting and made it hard to feel comfortable. When we raised the issue with the front desk, the customer service was lackluster at best. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns, which only added to our frustration. While the hotel has a lot of potential, the cleanliness and lack of proper customer service were significant letdowns. I hope they take steps to improve in these areas, as the location and amenities are definitely worth it.

Situated in the main square it is convenient to walk to many places. But, because this is all in the center of the city, it will not be peaceful at night, loud crowds, music and cleaning crews will be in full effect during the night. Please don't feel like this is for a peaceful vacation. For night life and getting to know the city it will be perfect.

Beautiful hotel steps from Zocalo! Quiet inside. Literally as you step out, you will feel the hustle and bustle of one of the biggest cities in the world. Which I love it! Turn around to your right handside and you are about 1/4 of block from the iconic Zocalo! With its huge Mexican flag, impressive Cathedral to the left, Mexican “White House” in front and beautiful buildings to the right! Not to mention hundreds or thousands of people around you! Excellent customer service! Mexican hospitality at its best! Lots of security around. Probably centuries old elevator managed by staff who quickly responds to the bell. I will though mention, because I didn’t have time to let reception know that both rooms we got shower faucets were not working properly. One didn’t have much cold water, and the other one have very few hot water coming out. Our bathroom was also in need of some repairs, as there was some wood damage on the interior door frame. The other bathroom was renovated though. I would also like to mention that if you are on a wheelchair, there are stairs to the elevator so it will be hard to get in and out. Hotel may need handicap access to elevator and at the main entrance. I would love to come back here, but my wife is in a wheelchair and won’t be able to enter her. She was not with me in this trip, but I did notice that. Other than that it is a great place, I highly recommended. Oh and the million dollar view at hotel’s terrace restaurant!!!! You can’t miss that!!!!

The property is conveniently located near the zocalo and the property's common areas are charming. Unfortunately, the room was a disaster, poorly maintained. The bathroom ceiling was molding which is somewhat expected in an older building however, the molded shower mat was not okay. The bed was super hard.

Internet never worked, floors too thin and felt like people downstairs could hear my steps, staff judging by my age if I was staying there (front desk host just seemed oddly concerned about a “younger” person staying on their own). Card key was always having issue to open de room, as well as the lock not activating as soon as the door closed.

I stayed ONLY because location at Zocalo. convinient to take all kind of tours&transportation.UNFORTUNATELY the rest is not good for the $. The personnel at front desk&housekeeping is careless, all I asked every morning as walk out is to clean my room,super dirty floor, flooding bathroom, SUPER NOISE & did NOT DO IT. In few word you are NOT going to obtain what you pay for.
