The location is great, very walkable to many restaurants. Bed was comfortable with a choice of soft and firm pillows (nice touch) but we stayed 4 nights and had to call every time we wanted hot water for a shower or shave. They need to do something to fix that.

Paul and Antonio were very helpful. Great location for restaurants and attractions. Walkable to Chatultepec Park and museums. Beautiful neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Staff was very attentive and helpful with activities around Condesa. Common areas and room were very clean. This is a nice neighborhood to walk around and visit several outdoor coffee shops. Our bathroom shower door blocked the hot/cold water handled which can be tricky when setting appropriate temperature.

I enjoyed my stay here! Staff are always very polite, professional, and helpful! The location of this hotel is perfect, too! A lot of dining options around the area and if you’re working, cafes with good wifi are abundant in the Condesa area, too. There were days I would go out at 9 or 10PM and be back at 3 or 4AM and I have always felt safe so I would say as a solo female traveler, safety is pretty good, too!

Lovely little hotel, easy walk to plenty of restaurants. If you get a street facing room it can be a little loud, but you get a nice balcony so it evens out. Service was nice.

Great hotel in a great location

Staff is wonderful, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and they had 3 types of pillows (soft, medium and firm), which was fantastic. Great location.

Pros: There is a concierge available 24/7, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Water pressure is good and the hot water plentiful. Cons: During my stay, there was loud pounding/hammering during the afternoons. We had almost continuous difficulty with WiFi connection, which was very inconvenient.

Hôtel très bien situé, Accueil par Antonio excellent. Cuisinette commune pratique. Points négatifs, chambre de bain très très petite, bonne douche, lit un peu dur, éclairage à amélioré (DEL). Insonorisation de la porte de la chambre à refaire surtout que nous étions en face de la cuisinette.
