What stood out the most is how amazing the staff is. Manu and the entire front staff went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed. They were so polite and understanding to my son who is 6 years old and none verbal. I will definitely be staying here from now on. I also loved the location. There is a Liverpool shopping center two block east and a small walmart two blocks west.

My stay at Kukun Homero Polanco was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything felt very clean and well maintained, and the space was comfortable and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was. The location in Polanco is unbeatable, close to restaurants, shopping, and everything you need, while still feeling safe and upscale. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy throughout the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

the room was spacious and the entire apartment was clean. great location, safe to walk around. The gym was fully equipped. They have a laundry area and the views were great from the balcony.
