Welcome to your loft on the 7th floor, a modern and light-filled space designed to make the most of your stay. Although it is compact (40 m²), it has everything you need: an equipped kitchen to prepare whatever you want, a dining room with a marble table for your meals, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, a full bathroom with hot water and a very comfortable double bed. You`ll also have a smart TV and fast internet to relax or work at ease.

The building has a swimming pool, gym and underground parking with its own space. And best of all: you`re in one of the city`s most touristy neighborhoods, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and places to explore on foot. It is a practical, cozy place with an unbeatable location to experience the city as a local.

Important: The grills, teppanyaki and event area are not available for short-term rentals.

+ Extremely important: Within the property and building, it is not allowed to consume, buy, or sell any kind of illicit substance for Mexico City.
+ No smoking inside the property.
+ No events or parties allowed.
+ Loud music is prohibited at all times.
+ It is forbidden to remove makeup or any substance with the bath towels; if any towel is stained, the respective charge will be applied.
+ Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
+ When entering or leaving the property and the building, maintain silence to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
+ Please keep the entrance door closed at all times.
+ Check out time: before 11:00 am.
+ In case of any mishap, please contact your HOST first.

IDENTIFICATIONS, VISITS, AND EXTRA GUESTS:
+ The guest responsible for the reservation must send a photo of their ID at least TWO days before the arrival, as well as those of all the people who will be staying with. IDs for minors are not required.
+ VISITS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
+If you wish to add guests to your reservation (consider that the apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests), please send us a modification request to update the number of guests and remember to send us their IDs TWO days in advance.
