The hotel itself was nice. Our room (#2) had a good view of the street. Unfortunately we didn't have a large balcony, but the doors opened into the street which was nice. The wifi was not super reliable at times, but was still decent. At times I noticed the smell of the plumbing, which only seemed to flare up during the morning, so we'd close the bathroom door. Other than that the area was very quiet and staff was very courteous. Free coffee, toast, and other pastries were served in the morning which was great. Location-wise in La Condesa too was great - very walkable to everything else around. Lovely area.

A big problem: the shower water varies from way too hot to way too cold in seconds, making me step out of the water and try to adjust the temp several times, however it was quite difficult to adjust, moving the handle a wee bit changed the temp drastically. I almost changed hotels just because of the shower. The room was small. Not nicely furnished. The remote controlled the cable box only, not the TV. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable.

We stayed Feb 2020 (we planned for 1-week stay) - There was no hot -or even warm water - in our shower. We informed the lovely fellow who managed the BnB - he said he would look into it. That went on for 3 nights and days! We still had cold showers. Finally on the 4th day we left and went to another hotel!! The manager returned only 1/2 of our future stay (3 nights) back - NOT THE FULL AMOUNT.

Pleasant staff, very nice area. Room was large and comfortable. Good breakfast. However, it’s a large house converted into a B & B and has no sign outside so you’ll need to make sure you have their phone number to call when you arrive. Acoustics are bad so you hear a lot of surrounding noise, especially from other guests coming in and out and talking in reception area. Lots of barking dogs in the area too which could disturb your sleep if you go to bed before midnight. Overall nice place and friendly people but overpriced due to the issues raised above.

Déception : - le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 8h donc impossible pour moi d'en bénéficier malgré que j'ai payé (effectivement je ne le savais pas avant le jour J) - horaire inadapté pour ceux qui se déplace pour le travail, comme moi, car des rdv à partir de 8h00, donc il faut partir de l'hôtel bien avant. - 2ème jour, j'ai fais en sorte d'essayer de prendre un rapide petit déjeuner à 8h - mais surprise, pas encore prêt ! donc l'heure n'est pas respecté. Je suis parti à 8h10 car je ne pouvais pas attendre plus. - rare présence d'une personne à la réception. Ils laissent un téléphone avec un message, pour faire court, "si besoin, appelez !" Donc si on a besoin d'un service, il faut attendre que la personne arrive. - aucun service à la réception de 22h à 8h. - Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas du tout respecté. Très cher pour le service et la qualité de l'hôtel. - ce qui m'a plu : une bonne connexion internet et l'emplacement.
