Very good hotel in Mexico City. Attentive and polite staff, very large room with a great bed, clean bathroom with a good shower, excellent location. The breakfast is very good with various healthy food options. The air conditioning system worked very well in my room and the internet worked without any problems.

I’ve been to this hotel many times and I’ve had a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are always clean, and the beds and furniture in general are comfortable. Also, there are many gastronomic options around, clubs and places to chill and relax. The only suggestion to the hotel would be an upgrade in the conference room, but that is not urgently needed.

Nice affordable hotel at the very noisy location

[+] Nice spacious suits. Friendly and responsive staff. Good breakfast. Affordable price. [-] Very noisy location especially over weekend (loud music at least till 01:00am). No safe box in the room.

I have stayed here many times as it’s a good value for your money as there are options close to eat and you can get around the city easily. The rooms are large and have a small living room. What they need to inprove are the mattresses which are way too hard, almost like sleeping on the floor, pillows are only very soft, above the bed there is a fire alarm that has a flashing light that goes off every minute

The area is very walkable. Bars, food, tourist things to do in the area. Easy to walk past the entrance as there is minimal signage. Good size suite and was generally clean. One day the staff just hung up our used towels instead of giving us new ones. A/C, WiFi bathroom, tv, etc all worked well. Would return here if visiting Mexico City in the future.
