Lo que no me gusto del hotel fue que habia mucho ruido de unos fuego artificial diarios, no habia jabon de banarse liquido cuando llegue, lo postivo habia buena limpeza muy amable los de servicio, y pues mini bar habia q pagarlo y para q habrieran la puerta del mini bar deberia estar habierto y pues q cobren para q este mas comodo cuando uno llega a la habitacion uno llega cansado tiene q facilitar todo comodo

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and ambiance of the room. I didn’t love the bed covers - I found them heavy, but it’s not a deal breaker. I also wished they had a fridge that wasn’t locked and also that they had more than one coffee pod for Morning coffee. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced. They have a complementary airport shuttle that runs every hour. It was a wonderful convenience.

The room was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very nicely decorated. The amenities that the hotel offered were very convenient and state of the art, and the hotel is conveniently located inside a mall that offers different dining options and shops. This is a great place to stay if you want to be near the airport.

The hotel is nice but with traffic it was a long drive to the hotel from the airport. The hotel is by a very busy roundabout and also a hospital so ambulance sirens were frequent. The areais a little dodgy. The hotel is part of a larger complex including a small shopping mall, offices, cinema, health club and several restaurants. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor (I think) and reached via a dedicated elevator from the mall atrium. The room was comfortable and well appointed but only two bottles of water in the room which wasn't adequate.

Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Cleaning staff would often notice us leaving the room, and would ask if we needed anything or go tidy up as soon as we left. Being inside of a small mall was also very convenient for some shopping and dining options.

The hotel is very hard to find. The cab drops you off at a little mini mall and you have to roll your suitcases across the mall to find the elevator to the hotel. The hotel lobby once you get there is lovely. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean. The restaurant was closing when we arrived so we got room service and the food was good.
