Very clean room in the heart of Mexico City, so great location. Overall would stay there again. The bed/mattress was a little hard but was comfortable enough. Would have expected a few more amenities for the price but good room overall and would recommend for tourists and visitors staying for business. Staff were all very friendly and helpful 10/10.

The room was huge, beautiful and very, very clean. The restaurant on the property was great for breakfast. I found the staff at the front desk uniformly not helpful. They told me the spa was closed and it was like pulling teeth to find an alternative for a massage . when we asked to be connected to a local restaurant, they dialed the number and handed us the phone, but the restaurant didn’t speak English so improvements in the staff would be welcome.
