Our stay was amazing! Our luggage was held for us since we arrived early so we were able to get out and see the sights. All of the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service. When we finally came in we were served some lovely bubbly. The lounge area for guests was a nice touch too. This historic hotel is absolutely beautiful. I would likely come back and stay here again.

Service has changed from last visit in 2019. Area is affected by manifestations limiting access in the Zocalo. And apparently zocalo view is part of the hotel name now.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. All of the staff, especially Yael, were extremely friendly and took care of everything. The lounge with snacks and drinks was a very welcome oasis during breaks from the city. The rooftop restaurant is also great.
