Beautiful hotel! Very clean. Staff was great. La Terraca is beautiful , you get a great view of the Palacio and the Cathredal . Don’t forget to ask about the VIP lounge that’s open to all, for your free drinks and snacks. . Only downfall , you can hear the music from the street and you’ll be up early with the noise.

United Airlines messed up and forgot our luggage so coming to a hotel right next to the center, with all the basic toiletries in our room, and great manners from all staff upon arrival was a wonderful experience.
