Cleaning in facilities and room can be improved, particularly considering that CDMX is a construction zone. Staff was attentive. Amenities such as the laundry is a good plus for travelers with kids. It was a clean, convenient location. BUT we were woken up by loud noises at 4 am one day. The adjoining apartment occupants were having a party with loud music. Property was nice and well maintained I loved the free laundry and the included coffee and snacks at front desk. The rooms were decent size although the layout was a bit strange did not like having to enter closet to enter restroom, also the air conditioner had limits. Overall the experience id say was an 8/10 would stay there again, I was really said when I did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine listed on the booking page.
