El hotel está localizado en una zona sumamente accesible y turística. El edificio és uno antiguo pero muy bonito. La limpieza del hotel fué aceptable. El desayuno fué excelente y de gran variedad. Hubo frutas frescas, variedad de panes, bocadillos, jugos, café, cereales, platos mexicanos, entre otras cosas. El personal de la cocina fué super amable y muy servicial. Lamentabemente, los aires acondicionados en la habitación no enfrian adecuadamente, solo refrescan la misma. El hotel tiene un serio problema de filtración de agua por el techo e inunda pasillos y habitaciones. Luego de un día de lluvia, al llegar al hotel tuvimos q ser cambiados de habitación. Queremos destacar el servicio de los empleados del desayuno y del Sr. Héctor. Entre todo el personal, estas personas se destacaron en sus respectivas áreas y brindaron un servicio de calidad. Estos empleados fueron mucho más allá de sus límites para hacernos sentir bienvenidos y cómodos en el lugar. Estas personas deben darle clases a todos los demás que trabajan en el "front desk". Me gustaría volver, ya que caminando desde el hotel, tienen un sin número de posibilidades para visitar.

When I arrived... the people at the front desk told me that the rate had gone up with apparently no reason. I had already paid for my full stay to Expedia and they ended up charging mi credit card almost 200dls more. I never received any cleaning or top off the towels, nobody ever showed up to clean, yet I still got overcharged. I should get a refund

Great hotel

The Hampton Inn was great. The staff were exceptionally wonderful. The concierge got us tickets for the folkloric ballet and saved us a lot of hassle. They kept food in their refrigerator for us and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The only downsides were that the rooms were dark with no outside windows but we were not there to spend time in our room. And the coffee was not up to the usual Hampton Inn standards, but we found good coffee outside in the streets.

Love this hotel

I always stay at this hotel because it’s nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. Plus everything is a walking distance. If you get bored you can go to the Zocalo to tour around. Airport is a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic.
