Room bathroom exhaust system didn’t work which stunk the room. The suite we got had a balcony which faced a major street that made sleeping unbearable. I had to leave the facility and book somewhere else as they could accommodate a different room. However, the hotel staff were very help and understanding our situation and gladly accommodated us with the refund of the remaining days not used. Had it not been for the bad bathroom exhausting we would have stayed. Would like to mention their receptionist Valeria was truly exceptional in helping us with the refund. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Histórico Central! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the 24-hour concierge made everything so convenient. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Mexico City—close to restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The service exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City!
