I wouldn't comeback to this hotel, the staff are good, good service. I stayed 3 night's in the middle of the week, every night at the pent house they played exagerated loud music, also you can hear everything from the other rooms, definitely this is not a place where you can bring your family, or rest.

We used the hotel because it was a walking distance from el estadio de los deportes to watch the cruz azul game. It was safe and i was impressed by the breakfast and food

La cama tenía manchas sospechosas. No había línea telefónica ni para recepción. No había agua, no me pude bañar. Muy mal servicio. El teléfono en esta publicación no corresponde a este hotel, me contestaron en otro hotel y me decían que yo no estaba ahí. Pésimo!!!

Está publicado como hotel y no lo es, es MOTEL así que el servicio que ofrecen es como tal, poca iluminación, TV para adultos ofrece alberca en la publicidad y es disponible solo para las villas, personal pésimo habitación con un solo enchufe, no lo recomiendo si vas en familia ya que se Publica como hotel y es de paso,

Ahora si me fallaron. El agua caliente tardó mucho en salir (20 min) y con muy poca presión. El desayuno estuvo incompleto y frío pese que les hice el comentario no hicieron nada por corregirlo. Vengo seguido y todo había estado excelente pero hoy si me quedo a deber. Corrijan esos detalles.

En general bien. observe que es un hotel de paso. Llovió en la noche y se encharco el estacionamiento. me proporcionaron bolsas de plástico para llegar a mi auto. Mi esposa me espero afuera para poder meter maletas y artículos personales.
