It was my first time visiting Mexico City and we had a good experience. The hotel was accommodating and the next day they held our luggage since our flight was late evening and we really appreciated that because it gave us more time to get to know the city. They offered to call a taxi to get us to the airport and overall I would stay there again.

Las fotografías que muestran de las habitaciones en la página no tienen nada que ver con la condición en este momento de la propiedad. Todo sucio, viejo, en condiciones deplorables. El trato de la persona que te recibe al hacer el check in de muy mala manera. De verdad esto es una estafa, no deberían cobrar esas tarifas por esta propiedad, me tuve que mover a otro hotel por mi seguridad y la de mi familia. NO VENGAN A ESTE HOTEL.

Respecto a la estancia, muy buenas instalaciones el hotel está bien. Detalles: se pudiera abrir más el horario de su restaurante, tienen muchas llegadas posterior a las 9pm los cuales nos quedamos sin servicio de comida por el horario restringido. Respecto a limpieza, solo pequeño detalle , encontré par de papeles (basura) que olvidaron los de limpieza. Adicional, y tal vez no es cuestión del hotel directament, pero por cuestiones de perder clientela, que se verifique la negativa del transporte (taxi) desde central de norte ; negativa en corridas a dicho hotel

The room and restaurant are very clean, staffs are friendly. When I asked the receptionist for an extra blanket, they brought it immediately. Although there only one wall socket in the room (especially in the bathroom) I can still charge my phone in its business area.
