Pésima experiencia

En mi primera noche en este hotel, dejé un billete de 500 pesos dentro de una mochila. Al día siguiente después de haber salido a comer y de que asearan la habitación, el billete había desaparecido. Así que si piensan quedarse en este hotel, tengan por seguro que sus maletas o mochilas serán revisadas por el personal, y si dejan dinero en efectivo no lo volverán a ver. Otros puntos negativos: No cuenta con caja de seguridad, secadora ni plancha. Se anuncia la habitación con Cama Queen Size pero en realidad es tamaño matrimonial, muy incómoda y dura. Además de haberme robado, las personas de limpieza eran muy groseras, me abrieron la habitación a las 9:15 am porque ya querían hacer el aseo, aunque yo estuviera todavía dormido. Luego de eso, fueron otras 3 veces más las que abrieron la habitación estando yo adentro durante los 4 días de mi estancia. Si buscan descanso, privacidad o seguridad, este hotel es su peor opción.

Buenas instalaciones y ubicación, la bienvenida, el registro y la guía fueron hospitalarios y amenos. Lamentablemente con el cambio de turno, la atención que nos dieron desde recepción nocturna dejó mucho que desear. Toda nuestra estadía la pasamos sin wifi. Cuando solicitamos una solución el recepcionista solamente se limitó a decirnos que él "si tenía internet"y "que no había ningún problema" cuando claramente la red del hotel no aparecía disponible en nuestros teléfonos. Así duramos toda la noche sin servicio. También cuando solicitamos los controles de la tv y el clima prácticamente nos mandaron a volar diciendonos que "no tenian el control para ese modelo de tv," y que "el clima solo enfría". Así que tampoco pudimos hacer uso de la televisión o el clima. Con esto definitivamente no nos dieron soluciones efectivas a ninguno de los problemas que surgieron. Si solo necesitan llegar a dormir no hay problema pero creo que aún podrían mejorar varias cosas para atender con mayor profesionalidad a los clientes, especialmente en horario nocturno.
