room is so outdated, no refrigerator or kitchenette like in the PF Suites, at the same company, staff somehow friendly but seem like not happy with guest. Breakfast expensive for the quality of food better the street vendors they need updated the hotel bathroom is like the titanic make a lake each time take a shower! i have to ask each day for toilet paper they put me like the leftovers of other rooms, no way to keep ventilated the room and smell funny. the door men very mad, I got to carry myself my bags inside and same when I left. location is nice but they need improve.

The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly. My room had a great view of a five story high mural of a Luche Libre wrestler which was awesome to see when I opened the curtains every morning.

Very clean hotel in a great central location with easy access to public transportation in a very walkable area. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the mattresses were too hard. The tv worked fine but has limited channels with no access to Netflix or other streaming services. Great for budget minded travelers looking to get more out of the city.
