It had a restaurant but didn't try it. Not in the safest part of downtown. Check-in guys were rude. The only friendly person was Sergio.

The property overall is a very nice looking property. Very clean as well. Jorge is a rockstar! They have a 3pm check-in policy, I didn't know what this VIP level status granted us, but we were caught in a downpour and was soaking wet from head to toe, We couldn't have access to dry off and change clothes. The refrigerator in the room was broken. It was not getting cold at all! I went to the front desk and told them about it, they sent someone up to inspect it. That person said they will verify with the front desk in what to do, and nothing happened. No refrigerator! The jets in the whirlpool tub wasn't clean, foul smelling water and whatever dirt particles shot out once we turned it on.

Property was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Loved that they had a coffee shop on site. Central location. Easy walk to historic district. Uber rides were about 30 min to other neighborhoods. A lot of the restaurants in the area close around 7. The churro place down the street was amazing.

El hotel esta muy bonito y limpio. Los recepcionistas y los bellboys fueron muy amables. En el restaurante la mesera Abril nos atendió muy bien y fue muy amable. La única razón por la que no les di un 5, fue porque Fernanda la encargada de los meseros nos trató muy mal. El primer día que bajamos a desayunar, nos preguntó de una manera muy ruda que si teníamos derecho al bufet o no. Nos hizo sentir discriminadas por ser Mexicanas! Cuando terminamos de desayunar, le pregunté si había una máquina de hielo y muy groseramente me dijo que no había una máquina y que si quería hielo que fuera a un oxxo que estaba cercas del hotel y se dio la vuelta. Tuve que seguirla y le expliqué que necesitábamos hielo para los medicamentos de insulina de mis sobrinas. Fue entonces que nos dijo que si queríamos ellos podían guardar las bolsas de hielo. Jamás me habían tratado de esa manera. La verdad que el hotel me encantó pero por la manera que la señora Fernanda nos trató dudo que volvería a quedar en ese hotel.

Property was listed as a VIP access property through my Expedia gold status but hotel refused to allow any perk or says they do not offer that even if advertised through Expedia. This should be corrected through the Expedia app since hotel confirmed they do not honor even if available. Also, no hot water during entire stain one of our 2 room (205) also could hear everything from downstairs kitchen prep and conversations. This had not been an issue before during stays in o higher floors. . Informed front desk of problem first day. They went to check the hot water problem but was not corrected. Because daily room service was denied for 1 room, they refused to provide the coffee, water, and towels each day. Upon check out, make sure to leave time to wait while they go up to inspect room first to check that nothing is missing or broken. Other reviews reveal that this is what they do. I have stayed at this property at least 5 times, starting the year they opened. I have reserved for multiple family members and large groups because of the previous customer service I had experienced. Their attitude and dismissive response to my courteous concerns were disappointing this time. Will unfortunately have to consider other properties for future stays .

Title: Horrible Stay – Rude Staff, Dirty Room, and Threats Toward Guests This hotel was a disaster from start to finish. At check-in, we were sent to a room that was still being cleaned — no notice, no apology. When I brought it up, staff responded with condescension, offering a “free drink” and telling us to wait in a tone that was anything but polite. The bathroom in our room was clogged and remained that way despite multiple complaints. Staff showed zero interest in resolving it. Worst of all, when my wife raised concerns about the service, a staff member became aggressive and threatened her. When I stepped in to defend her, he escalated the situation and threatened to call the police on us. Truly unbelievable. This wasn’t just poor service — it was hostile and unsafe. I’m demanding a full refund and strongly advise others to stay far away from this place.
