What counts is on the inside

Pros: The room and the bathroom and everything was very clean. Wifi worked perfectly.
Cons: There was nobody who could communicate in English.
Location: some major sights are nearby including Historical Centre and restaurants/cafes are within walking distance.
From the outside, it looks terrible but the interior is ok and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooftop is great. At night the area is not great as its quiet and during the day you have the hustle and bustle of the market.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Normally we have english spoken staff, I would double check what happened during your stay in our hotel. The hotel is located in the hart of downtown, this is the only hotel in the hart of the comercial area, during the day there are buyers and street vendors as it is a tradition since aztek times 600 hundred years ago. At nigths there are no street vendor nor buyers, at nigth the area is pretty tranquil and safe but it reflects a big diference between day and nigth activities. Bonne situation mais confort très moyen

Chambre très petite. Pas de chaise pour s s'asseoir....douche qui fuite. Beaucoup de bruits. Toutefois situation excellente à côté du temple mayor.
