Fantastic apartment located in Colonia Condesa with 24/7 security, it is on the first floor so it has a private patio ideal for coffee in the mornings. Located in a very quiet street that has all the basic necessities such as restaurants and convenience stores.

It has an incredible Roof Garden with one of the best views of Reforma, plus it can be used as a work area thanks to its 500mbps internet connection.

It has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed. Two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a fantastic stay.

It has a spacious living/dining room as well as basic cable service and the basic details to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guests are not permitted to conduct any form of commercial or non-commercial photoshoots, video shootings, or media productions on the premises without prior written consent from the hosts.
