Not really good value for money, you pay (a lot) for location, which is its redeeming feature. The hotel is average for this type of hotel, facilities could be better. Coffee/tea in room? Well a kettle and coffee maker, and some decaf, no milk, sugar or spoons, no tea or regular coffee. A/c controls are hard to read. No fridge or minibar. Staff in cheap, ill fitting uniforms.

Staff were helpful. Beds and pillows were excellent and room layout was good. Location was super convenient for next day flight. Sound insulation was good too. I ordered room service - chicken soup and empanadas. The soup tasted bad and the empanadas were edible but not great. Mold in corners of the shower. Carpet in reception made rolling suitcases difficult.

Hotel did not honor the reservation made through Orbitz. I was left with no hotel to stay the night. Even though the room had been prepaid. Thankfully, Orbitz was extremely helpful to fix my problem as I had to find a new hotel late at night. However I cannot rate the hotel as I did not stay there, only the check in experience which was stressful and unsuccessful. The front desk personnel did not seem willing to help and in a rush to help other guests.
