From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that made me feel right at home. This family-owned hotel has perfected the art of making guests feel valued and cared for. The service was absolutely top-notch. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to see how I was doing, their attention to detail was impeccable. You can tell that the staff takes immense pride in their work—and it shows in every interaction. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a cozy, inviting atmosphere that reflects its family-owned roots. While it’s on a busy street and therefore you hear lots of city noise, we loved our stay. The rooms were very nice and had a small fridge and a safe. The staff were very helpful and kind. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the evenings. We would go back again!

Lindo pero no tuve papel higiénico no hay teléfonos para comunicarse con recepción no hay aire acondicionado es una máquina que uno enciende . Sin embargo el trato del recepcionista que me atendió a mi llegada fue excelente y por supuesto REGRESARIA Y DEBERÍAN TENER PROMOCIONES.

El hotel es precioso,.super limpio, sin ruidos de exterior. El personal súper amable. A solo 5 cuadras de bellas artes todo está muy accesible caminando. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí😀

Está muy lindo todo, se nota que es nuevo, tiene un pequeño aire en la habitación que enfrío muy bien, la habitación es cómoda no es muy grande pero es perfecta, el baño es muy lindo también, para mí el único defecto y es cosa mía es que el frigobar hace mucho ruido en la noche pero soy muy sensible en mi sueño
