It was the second time I stayed here. I guess I have been lucky with meeting great staff. However on both ocassions there was a misunderstanding with the pricing due to a platform issue and apparently they are not interested in fixing it. I recommend to make sure what you accomodation arrangements are before you get to the place especially when you are not alone.

La ubicación está bastante bien, sin embargo, el hostel está HORRIBLEMENTE SUCIO! Los baños son un asco, los cuartos están llenos de polvo, están sucios, la cocina está supremamente sucia llena de grasa en la parrilla y la tarja con agua estancada y comida atascada y quedaba así de sucio por días. De verdad es un asco, le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento y LIMPIEZA!!

Cuidado!

Pague una habitación con baño, me dieron una sin baño. Se rehusaban a reembolsar. Dias despues me cambiaron a la que tenia baño pero nunca me reembolsaron lo de los dias. Una noche se desaparecio el personal de la recepción. SE FUE. Estuvimos un grupo de personas hasta que a las 3 am, nos escucho otro huesped y nos abrio. El personal de recepción aparecio hasta las 8 am. Habitaciones con cucarachas. Duchas mixtss sin equipamiento. Es decir, seas hombre o mujer preparate a bañarte y cambiarte frente a todos los demas. No habia agua caliente. Sabanas y toallas sucias. Cuidado! Aunque el personal es muy amable, el gerente y en si la propiedad, es terrible!

La reservación, no se hace por Expedia, tuve que hablar con el encargado porque se hace “manual”. Hubieron confusiones en mi habitación y me iban a dar otra. La regadera es de calefacción eléctrica y no sirve, sale muy fría o muy caliente. Hay una ventana en la regadera que está expuesta al edificio de arriba y se ve todo. El wifi no llega hasta la planta de arriba. La puerta del cuarto es de cristal y sólo la cubre una cortina, igual sólo se puede cerrar por fuera, lo cual causa inseguridad por las noches.

Muy mal, reservé algo que no me dieron y que en el hostel dijeron que no sabían porque la pagina dejaba reservar si ya saben que la única habitación con baño nunca ha estado disponible
