*I paid for a whole different room; I was supposed to have a “city view.” Yet I ended up in the smallest room.
* I got there after 4 pm and they still didn’t have my small room ready cuz there’s only a housekeeper.
* on top of that, these pictures show you a totally different place; they should show the super narrow and ugly staircase you have to climb if you end up in the 3rd floor because there is no elevator.
*There is no one you could go for help or anything because there is no front desk personnel.
*They emailed me a number I could call to if I ever needed anything, well to this day they have yet to respond.
*overall, DONT stay here.
Deceptive Contact Information
Virtual Homes provided a nonexistent or out-of-service phone number for reservation confirmations. This misrepresentation led to two hours of waiting for my reservation to be confirmed, leaving me in limbo at the property.
Gross Negligence at the Property
Upon arrival, I found an employee sleeping in the bed assigned to me. This is a shocking breach of hygiene, professionalism, and basic decency.
The room next to mine housed a dog that barked all night, making it impossible to get any rest
Surprise No Running Water from 2am until 8am missed a job interview and my whole plans were disrupted
The property had no water supply, which meant I was unable to shower or use basic facilities. —a devastating consequence that could have been avoided with proper management.
Overall Mismanagement
The property’s lack of basic amenities and poor handling of guest needs reflect a complete failure of standards.
Be careful: It is clear that Virtual Homes is deceiving both Expedia and its customers by Operating with invalid contact information, creating unnecessary delays and frustration. Mismanaging properties to the extent that they become uninhabitable.
This weekend in Mexico City left me with no alternative accommodation options, trapping me in a situation that felt like a nightmare come to life.
El lugar es sucio e inseguro, nada que ver con las fotografías, las habitaciones no tienen privacidad, hay gente tocando la puerta como locos porque no les mandan las contraseñas para poder entrar. No envían la información acerca de la habitación que está asignada y solamente hay una mucama que se encarga de toda la propiedad, lo que obviamente deriva en mal servicio porque la pobre no tiene las herramientas para poder atender bien. Tampoco tiene acceso a la información de las reservas por lo que deriva en caos. En pocas palabra, el sitio es un fiasco.
No pude acceder al cuarto, quisiera que me devolviera mi dinero, por favor.
El propietario no me dio la información, es esa era para ingresar y estaba imposible de localizar.
Tenga toda la evidencia necesaria.
Mala atención al cliente y mal seguimiento a un reclamo. Si llegas a tener algún detalle o inconveniente es casi imposible comunicarte con el propietario y EXPEDIA no te va a resolver ni apoyar en la situación.
Considerar que a los al rededores hay bares por lo cual en las noches hay mucho ruido y se escucha todo... El lugar es bonito pero me toco la mala suerte de que no salía agua caliente y solo nos dejaron 1 toalla.

Nuestra estancia coincidió con reformas en el alojamiento.
Los ruidos empezaban por la mañana, así que si querías descansar durante el día muchas veces no era posible. No nos habían avisado de ello.
El estado de la cocina era nefasto al llegar. Nos dio la sensación que nadie se ocupaba ni supervisaba mínimamente el lugar. Completamente dejado y sucio por otros huéspedes. Con dedos de polvo, manchas, cal, basura... Llamamos para quejarnos y no se hizo una limpieza (y por encima) hasta al cabo de dos o tres días.
Ahí no esperes encontrarte con nadie, a no ser que sea alguien de mantenimiento que poco sabe de nada. Y aún habiendo llamado nadie se presentó ese mismo día o se disculpó.
El día que por fin limpiaron fue uno en que tanto trabajadores de oficina que administran el lugar como personas de mantenimiento estaban ocupando toda la cocina y repasando las reformas de algunas de las habitaciones. Ese día no pudimos empezar a cocinar hasta las 16:30 de la tarde. Nos tuvieron esperando en la terraza de la misma cocina. Una vez más sin disculpas ni sin explicarnos la situación. Fueron un par de horas verdaderamente incómodas.
Debido a los trabajos que se hacían nos empezó a salir espuma por los desagües del lavabo, pero al no haber nadie no podíamos preguntarlo.
Las sábanas son de un material que por la noche ves la luz de la electricidad estática al pasar la mano.
No lo recomendamos ni volveríamos a hospedarnos.
