Loved the RODONA and Ian was a great help. Only drawback is the small room and large luggage and no closet. Otherwise incredible location.

The hotel property was perfect for us, small, across from beautiful Parque Mexico, and withso many dining options nearby. They did have many options which we did not take advantage of...a restaurant on the ground floor, a spa, rooftop access. We were there to be out and about in Mexico City, so we didn't want to be in the hotel to much, but when we were there we were very comfortable. And who doesn't love a Toto bidet?

1. Escogí una reserva “fully refundable” pero, varios días antes de mi llegada al hotel me percaté que me habían hecho el cobro a mi tarjeta de la totalidad de la reserva. Esto sin autorización alguna pues los terminos y condiciones especificaban que no me cobrarían hasta llegar al hotel. Considero es una falta de respeto y deja mucho que decir de la administración de esta propiedad. Es que no puedo concebir que me hayan hecho el cargo total de mi estadía a mi tarjeta sin mi autorizacion y sin tan siquiera haber puesto un pie en la propiedad y sin opcion a devolucion alguna 2. No nos dieron servicio de housekeeping a la habitación ni una sola vez en toda nuestra estadía. Esto a pesar de solicitar servicio mas de 2 veces por día a la recepción. política del hotel es robarle y tomarle el pelo a los clientes. 3. De camino a mexico sufrí una lesion por lo que les solicité con 72 horas de antelación que por favor me dieran la opcion de adelantar el check out para poderme ir de regreso a mi pais a atenderme. Pense no habria ningun inconveniente con esto dado que reserve con una tarifa flexible y no pre paga. Sin embargo me negaron el reembolso de esas ultimas noches a pesar de solicitarlo con 72 horas de anticipacion. Fueron sumamente intransigentes en cuanto a esto y Perdí mas de $600usd. 4. Hay una construcción justo a lado del hotel donde llevan horas largas martillando fuerte y lo esucho todo en mi habitacion lo que me tiene agoniada y No me permite descansar.

The room as fine, clean and comfortable. Tiny space and even smaller bathroom. There was noisy in the mornings. I would not consider this room to be noise proof. There was never anyone in the restaurant. Good location.

Comfy & Cute

Lovely and well-located spot in the Condensa neighborhood. Very small boutique hotel. A bit noisy due to the restaurant and bar being right beneath us, but not too bad at night. TV wasn’t working for the entirety of our stay, but that wasn’t a huge deal since we were out and about most of the day. Would recommend for a comfy stay.

Highly Recommend!

The room was very clean and the service was outstanding. I'd recommend to friends looking to stay close but in a relatively quieter area. I love how walkable the location was. It was easy to find and calling ubers to and from the location was very convenient as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole facility is well maintained. The shower and bathroom were nicer and more accommodating than many other hotels in this price range. The only flaw was the creative hangers and clothes storage space. I accept their desire to be creative, but they lacked everyday functionality in my opinion

The service and friendliness were outstanding. Ate at the little restaurant for breakfast, and it was exceptionally good. Had cocktails in the entry bar, also really pleasant. Superb location.

Clean boutique hotel

Great location across from a park and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and newly remodeled. Our room was not very big but had everything we needed. The shower was powerful.

This is clearly a new Hotel, but I’m really glad I could try it out. It was a great experience overall. Incredibly centric, the personal was super attentive and friendly. In the room everything was right… great Bed, impeccably clean and a great shower! (Tourists may not know this, but this can be an issue in Mexico City) Unfortunately I didn’t use the restaurant or the bar because the neighborhood is full of options at walking distance.

We loved our stay at Rodona especially the area. We felt very safe walking around the park as well as walking home at night.The hotel is lovely with some beautiful attention to detail.A few things to be brought to administrations attention are we stayed in a room at the front of the hotel and music was played outside the hotel by the hotel from 8 am u til 11 pm and was quite loud.We also had to ask for toilet paper twice as it was not replaced during cleaning.

While our room was significantly smaller than in the photos it more than made up for that in amenities like a heated toilet, very plush towels, down pillows and turn down service at night. I’d stay at this hotel again for sure mainly because the location was so nice. Tacos hola el Guerro is right around the corner but also some great hipsters brunch nearby.

Great Gem In The Heart Of Condessa

We were lucky to stay in this lovely newly opened hotel in Condessa. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, The rooms were spotless clean, The location is fantastic, We will definitely come back. The only issue was the lift - wasn't orking throughout our 5 days stay, and the hotel didn't seem to do anything about it except telling us "we are waiting for a technician"

The attention to detail in the design and by the warm and friendly staff was a joy to experience.
