Had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were wonderful, particularly the beautiful pool and rooftop bar. We very much enjoyed the excellent variety at the breakfast buffet. The serving staff there was great. Especially, Diana, Diego, Edgar and Jethro. The Concierge Diego and all the other Concierge staff gave superb recommendations and made us feel very welcome. Staff was excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and all the dining options are wonderful. Rooftop drinks every day was a guilty pleasure. Pool is gorgeous. This is one of my new favorite hotels!

Great breakfast selection at the club lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff, gave us good recommendations. Concierge helped with reservations at hard to book restaurants. Housekeeping and room condition were ok but could be better. Light switches in our room didn't fully work as expected. We found some debris from the previous guests in the room, and water was not consistently refilled.
