The staff is the best part of this hotel! Every single person we had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with a stunning bar on the 38th floor. The buffet breakfast is delicious and extensive. The rooms are large and have amazing bath tubs. Would definitely return to this centrally located hotel and recommend it to everyone.

We recently stayed for a week at Sofitel reforma México City.. the hotel is luxurious, glamorous and beautiful ! The staff is friendly, accommodating and welcoming! Julián Morales guest experience manager was friendly, attentive to detail, helpful and welcoming! The food was excellent, the swimming pool was as vibe! We loved the hotel and had a great stay, the staff was friendly and the food was great. Things they could work on: - the pool is COLD! not great for this time of year and not what we were expecting. - we were on the 25th floor and it was still very noisy. We didn’t get a great night sleep because of outside noise.
