Great customer service from front desk but I would not stay here again for the money I paid. They did not clean my room, yes that is my mistake for not reading description notes that they only clean once a week, and I stayed for 5 days, but for what I paid I assumed they would and given I stayed in another ULIV hotel (AR 218) right before this one, that was cleaned daily. Location is great, and nice view of the city from our room but not worth to really relax and sleep (since that is what a hotel is for right?)..the fridge in room was noisy every night and shower water would not stay warm, going up and down: too too hot or too too cold, I had to keep moving the hot and cold knobs to try to balance it to keep it warm, but it would only stay warm for a minute and the burning hot or supper cold. SUPPER UNSAFE IF YOU HAVE KIDS showering. I asked reception and they were polite but said that unfortunately that is just how it is, not their fault but I think they should put a warning sign or something. I would have moved to another hotel by second day after I realized the shower water issue was happening everyday but was supper tired because I was in another hotel right before this one and didnt want to keep moving hotels.

We liked the staff, location, balcony, beds, and kitchen, however, the floors were dirty and the bathroom smelled like sewer gas intermittently (probably 1/3 of the time).

Property was super safe, big, and was in the absolute ideal location in Roma Norte. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but there was poor communication from them during check-in day. Would recommend though!

This property was great for location. Easy to get around the city, anr lots of dining options walking distance. The water in the shower took a long time to regulate. It was mainly super hot. Sink did not drain properly. The apartment was very spacious and convinient if you travel with more than one person and the kitchen was useful. I liked that the buildint door locked at a certain time at night and it was very easy to check -in. We paid for a late check-out and that was also very easy to navigate on the website. We did not have a change to use other amaneties.

Never in my life have I complained of noise in a hotel ….we were offered dear plugs and a white noise machine ….which is odd given ‘they’ve never had complaints of noise before ….’ Could have been the white noise machine …more likely the margaritas ..we finally slept!

Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I'd say is change both the sink faucet and the shower head, they were so annoying and splashed everywhere, but this is a very minor feedback for the team, still 5 stars.

Overall great experience- I did however reserve for a room the night before since I was checking in at 5am. The room’s code did not work and when front desk walked me up found the room occupied. I was mortified for the guest. I hope they did something for them since it was a violation of their privacy. They eventually got me squared away 30-45 minutes later and the guy manning the front was very kind. I was hoping that they would acknowledge their error and my inconvenience by discounting or offering to credit my next visit but no one followed up. I was disappointed especially since I made sure to pay for that earlier night so this would NOT happen upon arrival.

Great gem in CDMX

We really enjoyed our stay with ULIV Cibeles. Amazing location, great 24-hour front desk, and an extra bonus to have a kitchen. Rooms were spacious with a minimalist decor, though ours was in need of some paint touchups. The bathroom could've used some sprucing up too. The hot water in the shower got extremely hot. Biggest complaint was the bathroom sink faucet. For whatever reason, any time you turned it on, it sprayed everywhere. The AC in the room worked great. ULIV Cibeles was on a quiet one-way street that was only a block away from the Cibeles plaza with lots of restaurants and bars. We walked everywhere and never felt unsafe. We didn't use any of the extra hotel amenities like the terrace, laundry, or gym but all looked very nice.

Poorly maintained and strong sewer smell from toilet. We complained few times. One time they just sprayed air-freshener. Edmundo (the attendee) was rude. Asked for a towel one day and he showed attitude and then gave me towels. Towels in this property are overused and needs change.

My family and I stayed at the ULIV Cibeles and it fit our needs perfectly. The layout of the room was fantastic, with two bedrooms in one unit. The location is tough to beat, with the hotel right at the intersection of Roma/Condesa/Juarez. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I found thier whatsapp/app communication system to be less than effective - fortunately, whenever I visited the front desk with an issue or request, they handled it immediately and with skill, so this wasn't much of an issue for our stay, just an observation. Overall we were thrilled with our stay and would absolutely stay there again.
