Welcome to VILLA GIULIA, located 5 km from Aix-en-Provence in the village of Meyreuil. It is a peaceful and quiet place where you can enjoy a good living.

This recently built single-story villa has been designed in a Provençal style, and we have chosen a contemporary interior decoration. The outdoor area has also been carefully designed to make the most of the pool and garden.

The living area includes a lounge area with two sofas and a large TV, a dining area with a large dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island. This room opens directly onto the outdoor terraces through two large sliding glass doors.

A separate toilet is located nearby.

The first bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200), a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a TV.

The second bedroom features a double bed (140x200), a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and also a TV. It also has its own bathroom with a large shower.

The third bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200), a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a large shower.

The fourth bedroom, originally a children's room, will be converted into an office space for the rental, with a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

The main bathroom has a bathtub with an embedded TV and a large double sink unit.

There is also a second separate toilet in the house.

The laundry room serves as a storage space and is equipped with a second refrigerator and a washer-dryer.

For your convenience, we have equipped the villa with all the necessary amenities, such as sound system, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Fiber optic and Wi-Fi are also available.

The pool, like the house, is south-facing, allowing you to enjoy it throughout the day. The water is generally warm enough, but in case you have a solar cover available.

You can relax on the numerous sun loungers or on our comfortable fatboys.

For safety, the pool is equipped with an alarm.

The pool house includes a table (with extension), a summer kitchen with a refrigerator, a sink, a large counter, and a TV. You also have a BBQ at your disposal.

On the large terrace that extends from the interior, we have also set up a lounge area where you can enjoy an aperitif with the Montagne Sainte Victoire in the background.

The outside area is carefully landscaped, and depending on the season, you can pick strawberries, grapes, pears, cherries, figs, olives, or artichokes.

The little ones can enjoy a small swing and a Smoby playhouse.

The entrance to the house is private, and the property is enclosed by walls and a gate. You can park three cars inside and two cars in front of the gate. The carport is also equipped with a specific electric vehicle charging outlet.

VILLA GIULIA is the ideal place to visit the region and engage in numerous activities such as hiking, cycling, mountain biking (electric bikes can be rented nearby), rock climbing, water skiing, and fishing.

The nearest beaches are 30 minutes away, as well as Lake Peyrolles.
