The detached holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2021, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property onto the garden and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

Mezőkövesd, district Zsórifürdő. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property and the street in front of the house.
